Returns Policy

You can return complete boxes of tiles to us within 1 month of purchase, providing we receive them in good condition. This applies to stock items only. The charge for this is 25% of the net value of the goods returned, whichever is greater (subject to vat). No returns can be accepted without an invoice under any circumstances. Please check tiles immediately as claims cannot be dealt with after installation.
